Jeppesen Flight Planning

Does anyone have any info on Jeppesen Flight Planning UK. (the office near Gatwick).

What are they like to work for, any ideas on the type(qualifications) of people they recruit, conditions, pay.

I've applied to them without any success but they seem to have a high staff turnover ?

Are there other outfits in the Gatwick area that are recruiting ?

I worked for Jeppesen for about three months, but left for personal reasons. They do have a fairly high turnover, people tend to use it as a stepping stone. I thought the company was fine to work for though....
