Eastern Airways @ EGLF

Hi,

Anyone know what was wrong with the Eastern Airways Jetstream that landed at EGLF about 20 minutes ago? I assume it was a divert as there was no FPL in the system.

No idea why it has diverted but according to its flightplan, it was G-BYRA J31 operating as EZE1221 from EGHI to EGCC.

Doesn't look like a scheduled flight as Eastern don't operate any schedules on a Saturday.

Probably a charter - may be a change of plan to drop off passengers?

I am told it had the Manchester City team on and had an engine failure on route

Just to make day even better after losing to Portsmouth 4-2

Oh well can`t win em all ( or in their case any in the last 14)
