In 1966 I helped in reconstructing a 1913 French Caudron GIII at RAF Stradishall, anyone know what happened to or where this kite ended up?

There is one at Hendon, which I'd assume is the same aircraft...

Caudron Affairs
I think the Caudron G111 was a twin engined machine and the one at Hendon is a single.
Father of ex RAAF friend learned to fly in 1912 in a single eng Caudron wing warper at the Hendon flying school. Then bought the makings of a Caudron, shipped it all down under with a mechanic from the Hendon Flying School.
Built the thing as the First Australian Built aircraft and and flew it all over eastern Oz before joining the Australian Flying Corps during WW1. Flew ops in Caudrons around the middle east.
Name of Delfosse Badgery. Son Peter Badgery, a RAAF CFS instructor eventually took his old father for a ride in a Vampire - quite a step up from a Caudron.

Nope. Caudron G.III is definitely a single, the G.IV was a twin.
Maybe somebody can post photos to show the difference.
