Looking at getting a portable gps. Anyone got any advice on better types to look at, or know of anyone wanting to sell one second hand?

Have used a Garmin III extensivly and found it to be very useful.

Ahhh the good old GPS, also know as the Global Pussy System
Mine is a Garmin, III Pahhlot. Good stuff, i like it because it can tell you without extra fiddling how far off track you are and where on the moving map you are, handy around storms.
