Does anyone know of what package Qatar are offering Flight Crew?
Don't sound like a very happy bunch. Money must be good for people to stay there?

Its terrible.
These guys have more cash than anybody in the region , if they paid double they could have as many pilots as they needed but they would rarher park aircraft instead, its no good.

Yes, have seen lots of parked QR aircraft across the other side of Doha airport, does anyone know what their aircraft utilisation rate is compared with other airlines?
Seems funny how they keep ordering lots of aircraft and don't use the ones they've got! Maybe its an ego thing??!! :confused:

Air craft parked on the other side are Emiri and militery air craft. yes they DONT pay well in compasison to other air lines in the region.however they just dont keep air craft on the ground just because they have bad reputation.they do fly.they do make use of their staff to the max.that is why QR is known as company of "HIRE & FIRE" .more than the majority of staff are extreamly unhappy.the happy crowd is yet to face trouble !!
QR is one big MESS managed by "FOOLS"
would someone be kind enough to specify the actual salary for A320 Captain .What about non type rated ? what's the bond like ?

For the 1000th time
All pilots have the same in QR, regrdless of the fleet.
Only difference is capt vs FO
A capt makes, all included, around 27000QR/month
Non type rated needs 1000hrs heavy jet experience and TT 3000hrs
Bond as non type rated..... 4 years
