I heard today that Flying Lawyer appeared on TV in the UK on Wednesday or Thursday, on an early-morning programme called Kilroy, in his capacity as a judge, which he is in his spare time. Did anyone see, or better still record, this apparition?

Oh come on Pat, er, T'aint! If you had ever had the misfortune to be at home at the time Kilroy is on, the double misfortune to be sitting near an active television, and the treble misfortune to be looking at the screen, you would surely realise that no-one is going to admit to having seen or recorded it!

Having said that, I wish I'd seen it...

".......... you would surely realise that no-one is going to admit to having seen or recorded it!"

It's taken me a week to admit I was on it! :suspect:

My friends have pulled my leg mercilessly.
Curious how many people 'just happened' to see the Kilroy show, by accident, of course. ;)
It's a bit like admitting reading the Sun.

Yes I saw it, wondered if it was one and the same (aircraft was getting a 100 at the time and I was in the Engineers rest room...honest).

Flying Lawyer...

Go on Richard & Judy next time - you can then rest assured that absolutely no-one will admit to having seen you...

My commiserations Tudor, TV is always bad for the soul.

One of my proudest achievements was after being dragooned into a TV studio after a nasty crash (my employer was partly responsible for the type at the time, and hence so was I), interviewed mercilessly for 15 minutes by a disjointed voice whilst they shined a bright light in my eyes. The achievement was that I failed to say anything at-all juicy so they simply played 5 seconds in which I said "we have the lowest accident rate in the World".

Even worse was Scrapheap Challenge, but I've posted about that before and anyhow, Bill Brooks has proved so much better at it !

Hope you got paid for it, or at-least a decent free lunch.
