who needs experience??

can anyone recall interviews they have had where the whole interview process seemed like a wind up,and you felt like puting your boots up on the desk within a few minutes and lighting up a smoke.
i had an interview like that about 12 months ago with a certain northern territory company and a few other guys i know had the same senario.
