living in Doha,Qatar /Abu Dhabi,UAE

Hey Ladies and Gents, thinking of moving to the middle east soon but I'd would like to hear from the "horses mouth" about living in these two countries......what is it really like, crime, weather, people, social life, living conditions,are there lots of ex-pats working in the aviation industry there?? Do the wives like it???
