:) Yes, I have. Eclipse Airlines SA of Luxembourg is owned and run by Mike X (I won't post his name here, since he doesn't post mine here) and his assistant Ina XX.
I worked for them on a 6 month contract and found them to be fair, on-time with salaries, and rather dynamic. Had our client not got greedy and quoted themselves out of the lucrative DHL (EAT) contract, we'd probably still be working there today. :D
Eclipse are the company who employed NJI non Italian aircrew and who have not paid them since the end of September. We live in hope!
