have just read the ATSB report on this accident, the report finishes of stating Toxocological Investigation" is presently being undertaken as recommended by the coroners court.
What was this guy on ??.

No use speculating. Guess we'll just have to wait for the ATSB to deliver their final report.

In my experience tox reports are routine in any death as part of the post mortem investigation. Some pathology takes a while and reports take time to generate, especially if they have been a lower priority. The report would have to be submitted to the coroner then distributed to other parties as authorised.
