But is this the end of the Air Holland involvement? A Thomas Cook 757 has emerged from the Monarch hangar at Manchester in Air Scotland colours and bearing a Greek registration.and with "operated by Greek Airlines" stickers.

Anyone else.?

The Maersk 737 was indeed operating for Air Scotland out of EDI as well.

There was a Jet2 737-300 seemingly subbing for Channex also.

Perhaps the Maersk was also subbing.?

Joe.... the Jet2 was Channex. Not a sub..... it was just a case of that was the aircraft that channex had available.

I heard that Air Hollandīs 757 (that normally flies for Air Scotland) is currently in maintanance.

Things should be returning back to normal within a week or so.

It was always planned for this Thomas Cook 757 to be leased to Air Scotland for a period of about six months, as far as i know Greece Airways is a new start up although one does wonder if Electra have anything to do with it behind the scenes. What I do know is that if the airline wishes to get its act in order it will have to stop chopping and changing.

The aircraft was supposed to start operating the EDI and GLA sectors from Dec 1st although I believe this has been put back until Dec 12th.
