Can anyone shine some light on this for me please? I know that AV8 are planning to use B767s, but are there any other B767 start ups planned in UK or overseas that anyone knows of?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Thanks for that. Have just heard from another source that there is a new 767 start up in WEST Africa? Anyone know about this?

Looks like someones school project. I've seen these sorts of "start ups" before, and it soon proves to be just someone duping us into believing its for real...time will tell...

According to the travel press, East African Safari Air will shortly commence B767-300 schedules between Gatwick and Kenya (Mombasa?). Their aircraft (5Y-QQQ from memory?) already flies from Continental Europe to Kenya and was noted at MAN as part of the Champions' League Final airlift back in May.

Hello all :)
East African will start scheduled flights from LHR to NBO and MBO in the next days.
5Y-QQQ flyes from MXP/FCO and CDG to NBO/MBA and ZNZ.
Happy landings

Xenia,

This is a West Coast African venture I hear. There seems to be a lot going on in that neck of the woods.

Cheers
