SACATS-FCL, where to find?

Can anyone please help me out in finding the theoretical requirements that an applicant of a PPL-H need to meet?

I was referred to "SACATS-FCL" when reading part 61 but I never found that document.

Hi Martin
Its SA-CATS-FCL section 61.04.4 you want, you can find it on the CAA website www.caa.co.za.
Follow the links to SA-CATS and to the separate index for Part 61, then Volume 2 Licenses, its the second file (part 2).
