GO THE WALLABIES

And it came to pass that the Wallabies did indeed go!!

Australia 22 d New Zealand 10.

It was very kind of the All Blacks to take part in the tournament, and we wish them all the best as they return home with their heads held high. They played very well and in good spirit and were, in my humble opinion, great ambassadors for both the game and their country.

My only regret is that I did not get an opportunity to hear Murray Mexted call the game.

Is public lynching illegal in NZ?

Rumour doing the rounds in Canberra is that The New Zealand PM, Hilin Clarke has approached PM Howard about chartering the Cormo Express to take the All Blacks on a VERY long cruise to the middle east. The Cormo arrived in the WA port of Bunbury today after the infamous sheep affair. "To display our NZ generosity" Hilin suggested that New Zealand would like to present Eritrea with some Black sheep of their own so as to be not out done by the Aussies(like just hippened at Telstra stadium...). PM Howard declined saying it would be too expensive, he did however offer the all blacks a cheap cruise to Indonesia.

A fantastic result for the wallabies!!

On another note, I was flying back down the coast the other morning and listened to the PLO AERIS, TTF METAR for YSSY had the wind at 390 degrees/4 kts (obviously just a typo in the system), but it got me curious as to whether this NAS was implementing a new 400 degree compass!!

Yes some (most, probably) have a sense of humour. While I wasn't flying during this game, on other occasions I've had never had a problem getting a score update from Centre, during an important sporting event. (Are they watching radar screens or T.V. screens in there ;)
Thanks guys & gals

Most supervisors have good access to the internet; so if its available in that forum we get it easy.
