Departures from and Arrival to Teeside

Think this is the correct forum for this one???

Any Pilots out there that Commercially fly out of Teeside EGNV?
I am interested to know what your prefered routing is for your Airline as Teeside has no SID or STAR. With the lack of controlled airspace I was wondering how the transit is made.

I did my IMC there and wondered how the Airtlines play it.

I am particularly interested to know which route the flights going south (London) prefer and which airway and at what point you join it.

I would also be very interested to know about the flights going North too.

If I remember correctly, and I stand to be corrected! Southbound traffic off R23 generally given direct GASKO/RIBEL climbing FLxxx. Airways joining normally given in the climb followed by handover to MAN. Routings after this vary but POL, HON are possibilities. As always this is ATC dependant. 05 dep's would be a left or right turn again dependant on traffic.
Northbound I am not so sure of but have heard direct NEW and on the odd ocassion have even heard Direct ABZ. With ABZ being final destination. Sorry I can't be more specific.
