Does anyone know where i can get hold of a complete list of Concorde Captains and test pilots?

I haven't seen the updated version of the book in this URL but the previous one certainly had a list of all flight deck qualified Concorde crew so I imagine the upated one holds the definitive list.

And what is happening to the fight crew? The older ones will retire, I guess, but for the rest going onto 74s and 77s will be a bit tame after the mighty beast.
