I guess a first as far as trained nannies are concerned, but remember BCal's 'Aunties'? I believe they flew mostly on the flights with lots of Unmins, beginning and end of term, and were in the main retired hosties. Didn't BA also have something similar?
Maybe once the children have been taken care of they can come up front and give the flight deck their bottles!!
