According to the IASC a new freighter service is about to start.
Transpac is an offshoot of a shipping company that serves the south Pacific and they are about to commence air cargo services.
Send in CV's to their chief pilot:
POBox 1897 Toowong Busines Centre
Toowong QLD 4066.
Ph (07) 3721 8900, Fx (07) 3721 8950
They will be leasing a 737-300QC from Europe in 3 months.
It sounded quite interesting.
Anyone know of this group?

It might just be too late............there was an ad in yesterday's Financial Review by the IASC reviewing the allocation to Transpac on the basis that they had failed to start by the deadline date (including extensions of time). Looked awfully like they were about to lose their rights...........

Please be advised that there are no jobs available at Transpac as suggested on this posting, and that the posting advising of the commencement of operations is erronoeous - it has been posted without the authority or knowledge of Transpac.

WOW,

Don't think I need a lawyer to tell me that a 1999 (4 years ago)IASC determination of a proposed operation that was given three months to start and hasn't managed to in 4 years isn't about to start and there are no jobs.

I thought that was obvious!!

Should I also have asked for permission for posting this??

I give in, I admit this is also unauthorised.
