Just heard that there is a plan to replace all the SAR Sea Kings with the Merlin in 2007/8 and bring in Westlands built Black Hawks to replace our SH. Anybody heard anything to confirm or deny these rumours?

It would be nice to think so as it would keep all of us in Yeovil very happy

Oh no! Did someone mention the M word in the same sentance as SAR and Sea King. That's 20 Hail Marys and wash your mouth out with carbolic soap.
Our friends at Yeovilton will be encouraged by that (if they ever go back to work after their strike activities).
