can you give me an idea of the "pros" you've found in some Italian airports?
I mean, instead of talking of what doesn't work, what do you thing works well & in which airport in "Bella Italia"?

Well if you fly around this nice planet and have the opportunity to see different ways of doing things in all those different places you have to come to the conclusion that there is nothing that works better in any italian airport if compared to the rest.
Of course they are not the worst either but let's put it this way:they are in the lower part of the ranking...basically mediocre in all aspects.
