can you give me an idea of the "pros" you've found in some Italian airports?
I mean, instead of talking of what doesn't work, what do you thing works well & in which airport in "Bella Italia"?

I've had dealings with plenty of "Pro's" in Italy, none of them in airports though.

About the most professional Italian Airport I've experienced is Turin - but it isn't a patch on some airports in other countries.

However, I can forgive the Italians their less than teutonic efficiency as they are generally friendly and in some cases pretty stylish - well, the despatcher at CAG 2 summers ago was quite exceptionally so - quite made my jaw drop!
