Bell 206 JR III, Density Altitude 10,500 FT, 5 on board with laptops, and provideo cameras, misc. with at least 45 galons of fuel. Need I say more? Those that have flown the Jet Ranger will know that is just too much.

Elevated pad (pic included) with no room to dive for speed, tall buildings nearby causing mechanical turbulence, blocking the wind.

At that weight he didn't get far, the lesson here is that having 5 seats and a trunk does not mean you can put stuff in them at our altitudes.

Two pax walked away without a scratch, two (pilot) have serious but survivable injuries, the front seat pax just passed away a few minutes ago.

Flying at altitude requires a lot of extra thinking, be careful especially when flying the older lesser performance helicopters.

What rock did you just crawl out from under?
We hear about car accidents EVERYDAY too but nobody goes running around saying the bl**dy obvious! ONE crash is one too many but unfortunately, like cars and trains and planes and buses and boats and bikes.....accidents DO happen!:{ You "think their has been one to many this year" (sic)....I think there has been 50 too many but nothing you will say or do here is going to change history!:} What a stupid post!:uhoh:

PROPSWINGA,

rotorrookie's post was just his own perception of the accidents that have taken place this year, he's apparently new to the business and this is probably why he's not really used to hearing about so many accidents.

Your post seems to me to be very agressive and truly useless, there is a place where you will feel right at home if you feel like venting your personal frustations and shortcomings, its called JUSTHELICOPTERS.COM.

In this forum most of us come to learn and have fun not attack others opinions in a non constructive manner.
