I got this e-mail from CASA a couple of days ago. Looks like its all sorted.
I advise that CASA and Mr Edwards have resolved the proceedings, by way
of a
suspension of his licences instead of a cancellation. On this basis you
need
not give evidence. If however he commits future breaches, CASA will seek
to
rely upon the previous allegations. Thank you for your co-operation.
