Emirates are set to introduce 8 new A340-500's to the fleet in a few weeks - which routes will these 8 planes be used on?
From DXB to Gatwick (EK 15/16 arrive 1140, depart 1340) daily, Sydney daily, Osaka 4 times a week. All from 1 December.
The proposed flights to New York and LAX don't seem to have the go-ahead yet.

Just to confirm my understandind ... with the -500, the route DXB-SYD will be non-stop, correct?

Yes, nonstop Dubai to Sydney.
