Hi,
Thomas Cook will merge its 2 German airlines into a new company to cut costs. Condor, based in Frankfurt, and Condor Berlin, based in Berlin, will be merged into a yet to be named company based at Frankfurt and will be operational by April 2004.
In addition, Thomas Cook will form a new umbrella organization called Thomas Cook Airlines Team that will be composed of its airlines in Belgium, Turkey and the UK.
