UK 66 conversion

Anyone else had trouble with SRG ELD not adding type ratings during license conversion?

Despite A&C licenses, type course, & base maintenance approval
they are unwilling to add this particular type because I didnt hold
full CRS SMI (as per CAA website doc 'prot rights' 17 V3).

And can anyone tell where in JARs/IRs it says you had to hold full approval to qualify it on your 66??? Or are the UK CAA on their own ??

I would say it depends on what you held.

The letter of the law states that SMI CRS is equivalent to a C licence. If you could certify ANY line maintenance defect within your licence group, then I would say you have a valid arguement.
