As part of the celebrations for the Centenary of Powered Flight, the Civil Aviation Historical Society is holding an Open Day at the Airways Museum, Essendon Airport.

Saturday 29 November 2003, 10am - 4pm

I seem to remember a fairly recent ABC doco with this title, all about some nice ladies from Adelaide.

Be nice to sit down at a console that lets out a strident "ding" from a real metal bell, rather than the infuriating beeping thing we have now... It might even have an ash-tray??:yuk:
