Easy/Cheap Ways to get to Basle

I need to get to Basle for an interview this Thursday - anyone know of a cheap and/or easy way to get there?
(Including combination of air/rail)

Can't help with rail but it would take some considerable time! Depending on money, directs from MAN and LHR. If money tight, consider EZY to Zurich/Geneva and then train across, or approach from across the border.

Swiss are expensive but do nonstops fropm BHX as well. FMA looks like it's all indirects. That's the usual pay-off of time and money.

All the usual suspects Travelocity, eBookers. etc. The code for Basle/Mulhouse is BSL.
