Anchorage Crew Base?

Can anyone tell me about the ANC crew base on the freighter side? If I can get on as an F/O in ANC, I'd sit in ANC for the rest of my career. Nothing could be better, as far as I am concerned.

Does anyone know if any of the current hiring is for the ANC base? And is it possible that I could remain based in ANC on the freighters for the duration of my career?
