hi guys,do any of you remember bertha the ba csa at bfs,shes a legend,always onloading staff when flights were overbooked,having her breakfast at the check-in desk,and always onloading the self loading freight onto the wrong flights but all in all a lovely woman althought dizzy as hell,,,id love to hear comments and fond memories of her................................

Didnt know Bertha, but I do fondly recall Willie and Maggie et al. Wonder how they are doing? Many funny memories.
