North American Airlines to be purchased

Anyone from North American Airlines have any comment on the news that they are being bought by Universal Express ?

The terms of the deal do not seem to have been made public but I was wondering how a predominantly charter operated organisation was going to fit in with a luggage shipping company.

Company is loosing money big time and does not have a good reputation. A blessing for daytraders on the stockmarket after every "shady" Press Release.
Nevada registered, issuing new shares almost every day to cover expenses.
But who knows.....
