Judging from their website and the substantial increase in XLA flights out of NCL and BHX, are Excel opening up two new UK bases for Summer 2004? Or are they going to use some foreign carrier to operate these flights under Excel flight numbers, similar to what they have been doing previous seasons?

I hope its new bases - excellent news for EGNT but where on earth are all these extra aircraft for S04 going to park? :cool:

The increase in XLA flights from NCL is because XLA are finally getting 2 more B738's for the NCL and BHX flights. The NCL flights are currently operated by Air Scandic using a Finnair B757.
