I am assisting a friend in finding homes for a few remaining items from her father's effects. He died some years ago and another small box of items has just come to light. I realise that advertising is not allowed and so could I be put in touch with people who know people?
Jack was a Spitfire pilot and then in light aircraft as a hobby for many years after the war. The items are not service related and looking for good homes, rather than good prices. Truth to tell, I am looking for a valuation on the items, as well as someone who might buy them, perhaps to sell on at an Aero Jumble event?
The following club car badges are in average condition, as they were all mounted on his car, at one time or another.
Tiger Club
Association of British Aero Clubs
Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association
Brevet Flying Club
East Anglian Flying Club

There are also two specialised navigational slide rules. One is "True-Course Brackette" made by True-Course Co of St.Clair Mich. No date available but (from other info on the posting label), pre-1966.
