Tu-124??

The 2 Bulgarian airlines have leased 4 Tupolev 124 aircraft. The aircraft can seat up to 210 passengers and fly up to 7200 kms.

I thought I knew all the russian types (well I should do out here). Do they mean a variant of the TU204 (B757 look-a-like)?

I wonder how long they are going to have to wait knowing the TU delivery schedules?

looks like a typo error, probably the TU-154, as it fits in with the existing fleet and has around the capacity/range you state.

But can the TU-154 seat 210 ? I had assumed they meant the TU-204.

The TU-124 is obsolete and I doubt any are flying - it was a smaller look-alike of the TU-104.

Think you'll find this involves the Tu-214 (ER version of the 204).
