G'day,

Has anoyone any local knowledge of facilities/ conditions at Niamey aerodrome , Niger? i.e. who has hangars and how many? weather/ climate history, security etc

Any light shed is greatly appreciated in advance,

I was last in Niamey in 1999 just after the election in but before President Maniassara was killed by his own bodyguards (which sure beats recalling Grey Davies in California) - perhaps rather unjustly this put me off returning!

You posted the same exact question with the same exact wording on October 1st and got 2 replies. They don't seem to be sufficient so if there is anything more precise you would like to know could you please formulate it?..........:\

Unfortunatley, our contractor in Niamey has placed the potential job in the 'we dont have enough $ for that basket'. We will not be operating in Niamey.

Treetopflyer... yeah sorry mate:O , I have had this problem before where my posts are sent twice. No BS. I did however post this topic in two forums 1) African Aviation, 2) Aircrew notices or Questions (i cant remember). I thought that I may get more responses that way:E .

Seems that both my posts ended up in African Aviation
