Aus medical and UK medical

I am in Australia doing my CPL(H) and hold an Australian class1 medical. On return to the UK next year I will have to complete another medical for my UK license conversion. Would I be exempt from any medical testing and more importantly a reduction in cost because I hold an Australian class 1. Any advice appreciated.
