Anterior Rhinoscopy?

I have my initial Class 1 next Monday. Part of the general medical exam is to do with noses, breathing and such like. The form lists something called an Anterior Rhinoscopy as being part of the exam.

Not being a fan of medical prcedures can anyone enlighten me as to what in the hell this is?

Having a look up your nose.....













Seriously, that's all it is - might use a little spreader to get a better look at your septum or even an endoscope if they're feeling clever. Not painful and only mildly uncomfortable.
