View Full Version : Apology to BA

I have previosly complained abut the inflight catering on BA internal flights, especially the soggy chicken mayonaise sarnies they dish out in the afternoons, pretending they are food.

However, following the chicken salad experience provided on the BA1318 20.05 to ABZ on Wednesday 24th October, I am now happy to state that in comparison, the deli in a bag is the epitomy of cullinary excellence.:yuk:

At least the deli back acts as a natural waste bag if the experience gets to be too much ;)

Personally, there's lots of muck out there worse than BAWs fare IMHO, but one sometimes wonders why they nother on short sectors ... and maybe they won't for much longer.

Thanks

Hi BAE 146-100,

On the early moring shuttle runs ( EDI/GLA -LHR at least) you get a hot breakfast otherwise I'm sure it is the deli bag.

At least your chicken salad wasn't out of date, due to it still being alive! You should use your powers of seeing into the future to do good GwynM.

;)

Hot breakfast is on domestics before 9.30 and delibags up to approx 16.30 thereafter it's either a chicken or prawn salad.
Except Manchester. You get delibags all day except for breakfast.

I didn't think the salad was that bad?
