Does anyone know where I could get a Shorts 360 CBT from??

I don't think you will ever find one. Not enough of them built to warrant a CBT course.

Go to www.avsim.com and do a search for "Shorts SD360-200 Procedural Simulation" by Dai Griffiths, Dragonflight Design.
It's a Shed procedural trainer for FlightSim98, don't know how it would go in later versions.
