*** Airline pilot group needs information on A300-600/310 Runway Overruns

An airline pilot group has requested information on the following
issues
and your experiences with the Airbus A300-600/310 runway
braking on wet surfaces. Please email them at the email address
provided below. All communications will be held in the strictest
confidence. The issues are as follows:

2. Brake Failures.
3. CRM of spoiler arming.
4. Past Airbus overrun history.
5. Analysis of Brake logic schematics, and systems.
6. Overlays of DFDR information, along with Crew actions.
7. Analysis of the Brake system logic.
8. Autobrake Arming, and Disarming procedures.
9. Analysis of the Crew actions and how that relates to the
system, as armed by the crew less the Speedbrake arming.
10. Analysis of Brake deployment, at the time of Reverser lever
activation of the Crew.
11. Override, versus prior manual braking by Crewmembers.
12. Analysis of Anti-Skid selector switch, and how it relates to
crew actions of switching during roll-out process.
13. Analysis of the Standard procedure, as advised by Airbus.
14. Disarming the autobrake system selected by crew.
13. Details on the UAE - Amiri Flight overrun at Rodos-Diagoras,
Greece.
15. Braking in strong winds and heavy rain, and or wet runway
conditions.
16. Other accidents, incidents or close-calls during landing.
17. Valve, system pressure, O-ring reliability.
18. Test results of the BSCU and the BDDV and their effects on brake

performance.
19. Any and all other information pertinent to the Airbus A300/310
auto-braking, spoilers, brake failures, CRM issues, etc.
