Can anybody in Perth confirm if a National Jet RJ/146 is currently being painted in a different paint sceme (another Airlines colours)?

They've got 5 146s coming off Airlink lease into semi-retirement so it's possible.

VH-NJX left Perth yesterday for Adelaide. VH-YAF Bae141 arrived last weekend in Perth and is operating QFLink. The only change in colour schemes is the painting of Skywest F100 VH-FNY from all white to a new Skywest two blue tail. Rest of their new logo to come. Trust this will mean the F-50s will also get rid of the vandalised Ansett coloured tailed tails carried for the last two years.

Thanks for the input, heard that a National jet aircraft was going to start PNG opps in the not to distant future.

The Skywest titles have been removed off XR's F100 VH-FNY, presumably to be reapplied at a later date, the new colour scheme is going on the tail though was not completed when i first saw it coming off the GYL run Wed morning...i guess that the scheme will be finished fully by the time yankee takes off on October 6 to Broome for what will be the carrier's first RPT jet service.

Of the 5 A/C going back, 2 are ex Southern YAs, and I beleive the head shed are trying to keep the 200s and get rid of 2 X 100 s*#tboxes in their place
