UK to Oz Ultralight licence

I am currently neat the end of my training for my PPL(M) on a 3 axis aircraft, and my wife and I hope to move to Australia in the near future. How would I go about converting a UK licence into a valid Australian one, and are there any ultralight clubs or GA strips near Warrnambool?
