Laser eye surgery

I'm not sure if this question has been asked before, but has any pilot out there had the corrective eye surgery performed, if so, how was it?
I would like to know if there are any restrictions that the resulting 'monovision' produces.

This one has been covered on a number of occasions in this and other forums. Try doing a search, and you should get all the information you need.

Having said that, if there are any people out there who have experience with laser surgery that they have not yet shared, please feel free.
