Couldn't get up to the airshow.

Any Comments?., Was it worth missing?.

G'day Rich,

Best show in Queensland for quite a while, but obviously not as good as Avalon or Temora (and others down south). And I'd really love to get to a show in the UK after looking at the pics on the History and Nostalgia forum.

Great to see such a range of Warbirds together, and some good flying, even if some aircraft were understandably being treated very kindly.

Only got to Saturday, but was disappointed that some glitch cancelled the 'advanced aeros' display. Not sure if it went ahead on Sunday.

PC9 solo was great (in absence of any other advanced aeros).

Didn't see any media coverage.

Have heard that it will be on again in 2005. I'll be there !

Not too impressed with the $30 cover charge!!!!!!!

I wasn't impressed with the cover charge either, so I didnt go.
It's the first one I have missed.

Anyway, I got to see the F111's practicing..

I don't think another Amberley Air Show will happen....It cost the Insurers Mega Bucks....TWICE.....

Could have had a boat show the first time, and Little Johnny stuffed up the second one with a security upgrade....Oh well S**T happens.

It must be the price of freedom...

Shame though, I love Airshows.
