Confirmation: MFA going JAR

Following numerous private messages, I confirm MFA will present a JAR scheme system in a very short while. A twinning programe is under negociation with several possible european partners. Cannot say more for the moment.

Yes MFA is progressing on the JAR path, however it can not be done in a couple of days. The best is to contact MFA directly and to be in the list in order to be alerted as soon as the JAR scheme is implemented and the recruitment is going on.
