Employees grade in Gulf Air.

Anyone out there can give me an idea about the grade scheme of Gulf Air. In addition, what are the deference’s between grades 11, 12 & 13 in Basic Salary and Allowances? :confused:

There are broad scales across each grade (low-mid-high points) and they are not 'consecutive' either; i.e. high 11 can be more than low 12!
Allowances are the same (for expats) with the exception of 13 which at VP discretion can have an additional 'responsibility' allowance of (up to) BHD300 p/m paid. Other than that the only difference is the (current) staff travel priorities - which are under review by the outgoing VP for HR (trying to stick the boot in before he leaves); G11 get tickets upgradeable to J G12/G13 to F, with 13 getting a higher priority than 12. I'll check the 'salary bands' and advise as soon as time allows.
There would be some difference/additional (tech) allowances, if your looking at a management job, then they dont apply.
