Hello, just wondering if anyone knows the name of a flying school in manchester, and if its any good. Its just past the trafford centre where the M60 motorway joins the M62. Was driving up there the other day an kept seeing all these Cessnas taking off landing over the motorway! seemed like they were having fun!
I thought..." i want some of that ! :ok: "
Im not sure whether its Barton Aerodrome, any ideas??

Hi - It is Barton. The fixed wing flying school is Lancs Aero Club Flying School, also Mainair Microlight School, Manchester Heli Centre, Manchester Advanced Flying Training, Flight Academy and Greater Manchester Police ASU based, as well as 100+ private aircraft.

About 78,000 movements last year ! :D

The airfield website is www.bartonaerodrome.co.uk
