I just returned to MIA after a round trip on LAB to CBB. Flying a bus is what that airline is like. Even in first class the toilets overflowed, the flight jefe de cabina handled the rolls with his bare hands...

Just all around it was the worst inflight service, filthy plaen and just uncaring cabin crew.
