They are available from a mob called Concept Aviation at Bankstown. Cost about $70 and have about 2-3 weeks delivery(Ex USA)

You can also try ebay.com
Go to the website, post a search for c206 POH and there will probably be several available.
I have recently picked up other Cessna model POH`s from Ebay. The cost, even including postage is less than half of normal retail.
