Captain Dave Smith's oldest son David died aged 37 on the 19th August after a life long struggle against Cystic Fibrosis.
The funeral will be held at the West Road Crematorium, Newcastle, at 1300 on Friday 29th August. Family flowers only, donations to the Adult CF Unit Trust Fund (4M04), Seacroft Hospital, York Road Leeds, West Yorkshire LS14 6UH.
